The raw material is waste paper. Products can be made from most grades of waste paper and board, but for food applications care is taken to ensure the use of clean materials.

At the heart of the manufacturing technique is a unique moulding process, which forms the punnets from pulp and finishes and dries them “in-mould” using vacuum and heat.
