People with many years of experience in the paper trade and in packaging for food products founded the business in 2007.  Our philosophy is to understand first what are the special needs of the products that Avnipack is intended to protect and present, and then to offer quality solutions backed by unrivalled service.

Avnipack is embossed paper.  We buy reels of paper from major UK and European paper makers.  Most of the paper we bring-in is recycled material, but where necessary we use stock that is part or wholly new.

A range of paper grades is available, reflecting customer preferences for protection and display. 

For example, some customers specify heavy material to provide best protection; other customers prefer to have the same weight of paper that is mill-dyed to match produce containers to enhance on-shelf consumer impact.

We offer high quality flexographic print in up to four colours.  We assist our customers in the design of artwork and offer use of a comprehensive studio service to ensure the best possible effect is obtained.

Die-cut, creased and folded shapes, to fit perfectly into transit crates (sometimes known as RPCs) are a speciality.  These can be of plain or embossed paper, and coloured, printed or not.

Our people are experts in paper printing, embossing and sheeting, who are well aware of the standards expected by retailers in terms of presentation and hygiene.

We are developing new uses for recycled and recyclable paper materials all the time. We expect to be announcing significant, market-changing developments soon.
